Source check
Can we confirm this? Expedition: Into Darkness source checker
This checker separates official instructions, versioned developer patch notes, dated plans and player reports. It helps identify whether this site can answer a question—not whether your individual game, save or hardware will behave the same way.
Source boundary checker
What can this site actually confirm?
Pick a common question to see whether the available evidence is official, dated, player-reported, or still missing.
Official guide available
The developer says the entrance can also serve as an exit. Underground, look for daylight; elsewhere, follow white flags or arrows.
Boundary: This does not confirm a current extraction button, timer, party rule or coordinates.
Developer: Getting Started →How to use this checker
- Choose the closest question and read the evidence status before using the answer.
- Open the listed source when you need the original wording or a newer developer update.
- Use current in-game prompts over a dated article when they conflict.
- Treat a missing confirmation as a reason not to rely on a claim, not as proof that the feature is absent.
Why this is not a troubleshooting diagnosis
We cannot see your Demo version, input bindings, save, hardware or party configuration. The checker identifies the strength and date of published evidence. It deliberately does not turn a patch note, a launch plan or a player comment into a universal current-build answer.

A developer states a goal for full controller support at launch. This is a dated plan, not confirmation of current demo compatibility. Reviewed 14 September 2026.
